Santa Cruz
Santa Cruz is Seville's old Jewish quarter and, for many, the sentimental heart of the city. Its whitewashed lanes, tile-filled patios and hidden squares (Doña Elvira, Plaza de las Cruces) form a labyrinth made for unhurried wandering. Staying here means sleeping two minutes' walk from the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Royal Alcázar: step out for breakfast and Andalusia's most visited monuments are waiting around the corner.

Triana
Triana is not just another Seville neighbourhood: it is the other bank of the river, with its own identity, its own anthem, even its own accent. Crossing the Isabel II bridge (the Triana bridge) takes you into the Seville of potters, sailors and flamenco. Entire dynasties of flamenco singers were born here, and the ceramics that decorate half the city are still made here: the workshops of Calle Alfarería and the Centro Cerámica Triana tell that story at street level.

Alameda de Hércules
The Alameda de Hércules is the open-air living room of contemporary Seville. This tree-lined promenade (Europe's oldest public garden, watched over by two Roman columns) now concentrates the city's most creative scene: specialty coffee, independent bookshops, galleries, alternative theatre and a nightlife that doesn't need to shout to be the most interesting in town.

El Arenal
El Arenal is maritime, bullfighting Seville: the old port quarter where the gold of the Americas was unloaded, and where the Real Maestranza (the most beautiful bullring in the world) stands today. Wedged between the Cathedral and the river, it is probably the most practical base in the entire city: central without the crush, monumental without feeling like a stage set, with the Guadalquivir as your front yard.

Nervión
Nervión is modern, residential Seville: wide avenues, bright buildings, the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium and the city's best shopping. For travellers it is the best-kept secret: friendlier prices than the old town, stress-free parking, and a metro that drops you in the centre in ten minutes. If you travel as a family, with a car, or simply prefer returning from the monumental bustle to a quiet neighbourhood, Nervión plays with an advantage.

Why book direct instead of Airbnb or Booking?
Because you pay less for the same apartment. Platforms typically add around 15% in commissions and service fees on top of the accommodation price (an estimate; each platform sets its own fees). Booking direct, that surcharge doesn't exist, you talk directly with the people who actually manage the apartment, and you know exactly who you are dealing with.
Can I book on this website already?
Very soon. We are finishing direct booking on our own site. Meanwhile, each apartment page links to its Airbnb and Booking.com listing, and you can write to us with any question.
What is the cancellation policy?
100% refund if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 2 or more days before check-in. 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 days before check-in. The exact terms for your booking are shown before you pay and in your confirmation email. For force-majeure situations, write to us: we are people and we solve things by talking.
How does check-in work? What if I arrive late?
Most of our apartments offer self check-in with a lockbox or smart lock: we send the instructions before your arrival by email. It works at any hour, though we ask you to let us know your arrival time so everything is ready.
