This apartment takes up the ground floor of a building by Aníbal González, the architect who gave Seville the Plaza de España. It is a regionalist red brick façade on Calle Luis Montoto, next to the Puerta de Carmona, and we have renovated it from scratch while keeping its character: soaring ceilings, moulded walls, tall latticed windows and hydraulic tile floors. It is brand new, 50 m², with every piece of the decoration chosen by hand. The living and dining room wows you as soon as you walk in, with a round table for four and a comfortable sofa bed for a third and fourth guest. The bedroom is spacious, with a 160 x 200 cm queen bed. The kitchen is compact and very well equipped, with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and the full bathroom has a shower. You have air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV and wifi, and you check in on your own with a key lockbox. Casa de Pilatos is 3 minutes on foot, Santa María la Blanca 6 and the Santa Cruz quarter about 10, with the Murillo Gardens and the Cathedral a little further on. Santa Justa station is 900 metres away, so arriving or leaving by high-speed train is easy. It sleeps up to four.
