1. Scope

These terms govern the booking and use of the holiday homes managed by Travel Capital S.L. (NIF B72836760) in Seville, all registered as Viviendas con Fines Turísticos (VFT) in the Andalusian Tourism Registry. Completing a booking means you accept these terms. The confirmation email includes these terms and the cancellation conditions applicable to your booking.

2. Price and payment

The price shown before you confirm includes the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and any extra-guest or pet fees; there are no hidden charges. Payment options:

• Full payment: 100% of the total at booking, by card through our secure gateway (Stripe).
• 30% deposit: available when arrival is more than 7 days away. The remaining balance is paid through a secure payment link that we email you on the due date (7 days before check-in). No automatic charge is made. If the balance is not paid within 48 hours of the due date, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit treated according to the cancellation policy.
• During periods in which online payment is not enabled, bookings are confirmed immediately and paid on arrival or by bank transfer, as stated on the booking page and in the confirmation email.

3. Cancellation policy

Unless the apartment page states a different policy, the following tiers apply, measured against the check-in date (Madrid time):

• 100% refund if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in.
• 50% refund if cancelled 2 or more days before check-in.
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 days before check-in.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days from the cancellation.
• As accommodation for specific dates, the booking is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007); cancellations follow these tiers.
• You can cancel from the "Manage my booking" link in your confirmation email; the refund amount is shown before you confirm.

4. Check-in, check-out and house rules

Check-in and check-out times are stated on each apartment page. Access instructions are sent before arrival. Spanish law (RD 933/2021) requires all guests to be registered with an ID card or passport.

Each apartment publishes its house rules (maximum occupancy, no smoking, pets, quiet hours). Serious breaches may end the stay without refund, plus any applicable repair costs.

5. Security deposit and damages

Where an apartment requires a security deposit, the amount is shown on its page before booking. We reserve the right to charge for damage caused by negligence or rule breaches, with documented notice to the guest.

6. Liability

Travel Capital S.L. is not liable for lost or forgotten items, nor for disturbances beyond its control (street works, general utility outages). In force-majeure events preventing the stay, we will offer new dates, an equivalent alternative apartment, or a full refund.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, including Andalusian tourist-housing regulations (Decree 28/2016). Disputes fall to the courts of Seville, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.
