The apartment

A bright, brand-new flat on Calle Pedro Pérez Fernández, in Los Remedios, with large windows and a living room open to an island kitchen. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a sofa bed in the living room, a full bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet, so it sleeps up to six. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is air conditioning and heating in every room, a smart TV in the living room, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a drying rack. The flat has its own entrance straight from the street, is all on one level, and you check in on your own with a key lockbox. Los Remedios is a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the river and the fairground. On foot, Parque de los Príncipes is 5 minutes away, Triana 10 and the Cathedral 15.
