The apartment
A new, spacious 110 m² flat in Tomares, a town in the Aljarafe about 5 km from Seville, in a very quiet residential area. It has three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds each), a sofa bed in the living room and two bathrooms with showers. The living room is open to a fully equipped kitchen and leads straight onto the terrace. It sleeps up to seven.
You have air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and an iron, and you check in on your own with a smart lock. The development has a shared pool, open from 15 June to 15 September, and your booking includes a free garage space. It is a standard residential space, so check that your car fits.
You are not in the centre of Seville: Triana Bridge is about 8 minutes by car or 20 by bus, and the bus stop is a few metres from the building. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are close by.
