A modern 61 m² apartment on a first floor with a lift, on Calle Macasta, a quiet street in the historic centre. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two more people, a work area and a TV.
The kitchen has the essentials: microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a small fridge, for a quick breakfast or a light dinner. The bathroom has a shower and a bidet. Ducted air conditioning and heating keep the whole flat comfortable, and you have a washing machine, an iron and fast wifi.
The Basílica de la Macarena is 5 minutes on foot, the Palacio de las Dueñas 8 and most of the sights less than 15 minutes' walk. If you come by car, the flat has no parking space of its own, but there are public car parks in the area.
