The apartment
A roomy 62 m² flat on Calle Virgen de Todos los Santos, in Los Remedios, made for families and groups. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space, a full bathroom with a shower plus a separate toilet, and a bright living room with a sofa, a TV and a fan. The kitchen is large, with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and there is a laundry area with a washing machine and a drying rack.
You have air conditioning, heating, wifi and a workspace, and you check in on your own with a smart lock. Please note the flat is on the first floor with no lift and the bathrooms are small, worth bearing in mind if you travel with older people or have reduced mobility.
Los Remedios is a quiet residential neighbourhood next to the river, close to Parque de los Príncipes and the April Fair grounds. Triana Bridge is about an 18-minute walk and Plaza de España is 2 km away.
