The apartment

A spacious 90 m² ground-floor home on Calle Macasta, in San Julián, one of Seville's quietest old neighbourhoods. Sliding doors open the living room onto a double patio with outdoor furniture, which fills the home with light all day. It has a TV and a work area. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms with blackout curtains: the main one with a double bed and a desk, the second with two single beds. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with a large shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, microwave and cookware, and you also have heating, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and 600 Mbps wifi. The entrance is step-free, so arriving with suitcases or a pushchair is easy, and the building has a lift. You are a few steps from the Basílica de la Macarena, 7 minutes on foot from the Palacio de las Dueñas, 12 from the Setas and 22 from the Cathedral.
