Dúplex del Gran Poder

A spacious duplex on Calle Jesús del Gran Poder, right in the centre between the Alameda de Hércules and Plaza del Duque. Downstairs there is a very large living room with high ceilings and a big sofa, the kitchen with a central island and the first bedroom, with a double bed. An internal staircase leads up to the second bedroom, a loft-style room that also has a double bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet with a washbasin. You have two desks, one on each floor, 600 Mbps wifi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. The Alameda is 3 minutes on foot, the Setas 5, Calle Sierpes 8 and the Cathedral about 15. To be upfront: keep the internal staircase in mind if anyone in your group has reduced mobility, and there is a nightclub next door. You cannot hear its music inside, but on Friday and Saturday nights you can hear people in the street, so we leave earplugs for you.
