The apartment

A brand-new 80 m² ground-floor apartment on Calle San Florencio, with a patio and views over an inner garden. It has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a smart TV, a dining area, an equipped kitchen and a work corner with a desk and fast WiFi. Santa Justa station is a 10-minute walk and Las Setas about 20, so it is ideal if you arrive by high-speed train or want to explore the centre on foot. A free parking space in the building is included, suitable for small cars. Please note there are 4 steps at the entrance, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
