The apartment

A 90 m² apartment on Calle Pintor Juan Miguel Sánchez, near the Plaza de España, with a free parking space in the same building and a private whirlpool bath. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with four single beds) and two bathrooms, sleeping up to six. The living room has a 75-inch TV and the kitchen comes with an oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. You have a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a workspace, central air conditioning and heating, and views over a park. Everything is on one level, the building has a lift and check-in is self check-in with a smart lock. The Plaza de España is about a 7-minute walk, María Luisa Park 1 km, the Real Alcázar 16 minutes on foot and the Cathedral 1.5 km. As well as your garage space, there is free parking on the street.
